To my knowledge neither of them qualify for the debate and there will only be 1 debate of 10 candidates, almost all of which are lesser known than Tulsi and and Williamson.

I thought this was just a joke but having now seen the video it's true: Yang promised 10 people who were watching the debates that he would give them 1000 "freedom dollars" a month for a year. He actually said this DURING THE DEBATE.
Talk about literally bribing people for votes. I'll give him credit though, at least it's apparently his own money (or maybe his donors' money) instead of taxpayer money.
