Lore-singing Bard

Purchased a bard a while back with the intent to just use him to lore-sing to items for me. I might play him some day but right now I am asking for help with stats and training to maximize what I can get out of lore-singing without neutering him down the road or costing me money for more fix stat and fix skills potions.

I am pretty sure your stats are maxed for lore singing.. Skills wise you should pump up Bard Songs, and I think Telepathy lore plays a part in the new unlocking feature.

There is a skill check to permanently unlock a loresong, using the Bard's skill vs. the item's properties. Success modifiers include:
