With lightning-fast reflexes, you reach towards the vaalorn quiver on your shoulder. You remove a single arrow from a bundle of arrows.
Moving with easy grace, you swing the arrow into position with your merfolk-carved longbow. You nock a silvery grey arrow in your merfolk-carved longbow.
A sickly green aura radiates from your merfolk-carved longbow and seeps into a silvery grey arrow.
You fire a silvery grey arrow at an arctic titan!
    AS: +265 vs DS: +202 with AvD: +27 + d100 roll: +12 = +102
... and hit for 9 points of damage!
    Poked in the tummy.
    Hehehe.

As your arrow hits an arctic titan, it gives off an electric shock!
    ... 20 points of damage!
Heavy shock gives the arctic titan fits!
It is knocked to the ground!
    The arctic titan is stunned!

A sickly green aura radiates from a silvery grey arrow and seeps into an arctic titan's wounds!

    ... 30 points of damage!
The arctic titan's thumb explodes in a shower of flesh and bone fragments.

So can you eblade both a bow and arrows and get mixed flares?

Rot flares were intentionally built to work on bows. Except for enchant and rot flares, no other script or flare on a bow applies to the arrow.
