A bug was discovered today that caused 240 to always flare. The design of 240 was always intended to be a base chance of 60% with further improvements via summoning lore. This bug was fixed today so you may notice a reduction in effectiveness of 240 in your day to day use. The information on the wiki link below is how the spell should perform.
