If anyone was on the fence and has the spell aiming (my bolting cleric does) this is a super fun toy. Wish I hadn't bought a bunch of spell preps because I want another, but not this run sadly. Also I need to start carrying a maul just for this fun treat.

Huge hit explodes left arm into cold, viscous mist.
When you look again, the arm has reformed.
You hear a sound like a weeping child as a white glow separates itself from the ghostly pooka's body as it rises, disappearing into the heavens.
The ghostly pooka ceases all attempts at movement.
The dim aura fades from around a ghostly pooka.
The light blue glow leaves a ghostly pooka.

Does it pick a random thing from the ground?

It will and 1206 will not work if nothing is on the ground. I had first used a topaz with similar results.

Between this and the sigil staffs I have not had this much fun on GS in a while. Fun as a bolting cleric to use 710 on champions while holy bolting ish

It absolutely should work with nothing on the ground, it picks up randomly applicable environmental things for the area like a rock. If it's not doing that in some areas, that's broken.

The thing being flung has 0 effect on the spell, it's just flavor.
