It costs all of 0 dollars. Troops are being paid regardless. It was shit we did in addition to our actual jobs. You don't get paid more to do it.

I did a lot of those sort of things though. I carried coffins for repatriation of remains from the Korean War, from the plane to a bus. I've done one interment into the USS Arizona, that was a pretty amazing one there.
