    A gang of turkeys strolled through my yard the other day, like 12 of them, and they all looked like they weighed 40+ lbs.

    Turducken and Brisket for Thanksgiving. With some Potato au gratin. That is my contribution this year.

    I was considering doing a Cajun Boiled Turkey, but I'm just going to be lazy and do it the regular way.

    Bro, the turducken is going to have cajun stuffing and it's going to be pit roasted for 24 hours. Brisket is also getting a cajun rub and its 15 lbs ass is also going in the pit for 24 hours.

    Lazy doesn't get you that next level flavor.
