Just out of curiosity, what are you using for resources? If you haven't already (doubtful) check out the Critical Role crew. They have a brilliant DM and a set of rules to further streamline the experience. I'll see if I can't snag my groups current Drive of books too.

Ah, hm... a few of his homebrew rules are pretty good. Also lots of good DM/GM guidelines, should you want to take the role on.
