Default F2P ranger stat and skills advice

My F2P ranger is about to hit level 20. I've been messing around with the stat cruncher trying to find a middle ground between growth and F2P limitations. Level goal is at least 30, maybe higher. Heres my current stats and skills. Any help or input is appreciated.

Amazingly well. Ranger is level 19, warcats are ~20.

You leap from hiding to strike!
You make a precise attempt to punch a striped warcat!
You have good positioning against a striped warcat.
    UAF: 161 vs UDF: 103 = 1.563 * MM: 98 + d100: 21 = 174
... and hit for 54 points of damage!
Palm strike to face drives nose straight into brain!
The striped warcat crumples to the ground and dies.

** Necrotic energy from your padded suede gloves overflows into you! **

    You feel energized!

Little ranger hit level 30 recently and obtained an animal companion. Slight bummer F2P are limited to canine but better than rodent or bird in my opinion. I even traveled to Ta'Vaalor in search of a specific type but ended up finding the exact one I wanted near "home base".

*wears a full wizard spellup, this build would most likely suffer without the extra spells. Long term goal would be to reduce or eliminate outside spells. Stopping ranger circle and focusing on MnS.

All together I thoroughly enjoy playing this little gnome ranger but in hindsight I kind of wish I went monk or rogue instead. The lack of UAC masteries is kind of lackluster.

I understand the desire to UAC, it's hella fun. However, mechanically speaking there are more benefits to a Ranged combat style for F2P on a ranger.

    1. 10x weapons are not possible for F2P outside of ranged. You will get the full bonus of a 5x bow w/ 5x arrows for 10x very easily.
    2. You don't have great AoE options as F2P because AoE abilities are limited (including crowd control). When you start hunting areas with more creature saturation, using sniping is a lot safer.
    3. Sniping (from my experience) is less reliant on outside spells.

Since you're a burghal gnome, your STR modifier is always going to be low, so RT with a bow might not be ideal. I used a F2P ranger up to 29 with a 5x mechanical crossbow, and it is actually slightly faster than minimum RT with a bow. You can cock your crossbow while in cast RT, so kneel + 608 + cock crossbow all at the same, time, aim shot to the eye for only 3s RT means you're firing the crossbow 1s faster than a bow from hiding (with +30 AS, and DF modifier to boot - and it's easier to aim which is good since F2P is limited to somewhat sighting).

In the end, UAC is super viable, but for F2P, sniping eliminates a lot of the handicaps and can be just as fast.

These are all excellent valid points in the argument to go ranged. Unfortunately F2P can't make arrows/bolts and I dislike the current system in place to manage arrows/bolts. Plus I had some midrange UAC gear from when I upgraded my monk.

I haven't had much trouble in swarmy areas or doing bandits. Tangle weed is very helpful. I'd like to add in MoC(focused mstrike/FoF offset) at some point but spells take priority right now.
