    >glance

    >stomp boots
The heels of your vultite-toed boots strike the ground powerfully as you stomp around. That feels great!

    >analyze boots
You analyze your vultite-toed boots and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:
You sense that the boots can be altered, bearing in mind the following: (1) the noun cannot change; (2) they must remain heavy and sturdy; and (3) they are, by nature, of dwarven craftsmanship -- while it does not need to be clear in the description, nothing can contradict that basic fact!

You can try to PUSH, STOMP, TAP, WAVE, HUG, RUB, PULL, and KICK the boots.

You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the vultite-toed boots for you or deepen its pockets.

    >weigh boots
You carefully examine the vultite-toed boots and determine that the weight is about 5 pounds.
    Roundtime: 5 sec.

    Asking 1m.

    Thanks for looking!

    Looks like not UAC, sorry:

    >inspect boots
You carefully inspect your vultite-toed boots.

You estimate that some polished vultite-toed boots can store a very small amount with enough space for a couple of items.

You determine that you could wear the boots on your feet. The boots appears to serve some purpose.
    >assess boots
You can only assess armor or weaponry, or creatures in the area.

I think the boots are really old, and predate the introduction of UAC.
