Misc materials

I have a number of the following items collecting dust in various lockers. I believe they are all digging items. Are any of these materials worth keeping? Merchants that use these materials don't seem to be common (or at least I'm not running into them). For reference I added the natural enchant value of each material.

a rough-edged branch of illthorn (+25)
a thin branch of sephwir (+25)
a scorched branch of fireleaf (+22)
a rigid chunk of balenite (unknown but most likely in the +20 to +25 range...apparently very difficult to forge with)
a twisted branch of wyrwood (+24)

Unless those branches can be used for fletching, I doubt there's much of a market for them... but I've been surprised before
