have you tested that? because afaik for kai's strike, the game just ignores your UAC gear. so that would be an unexpected interaction with lesser UD bane.

If the item is truly sanctified w/ lesser UB - only a paladin or cleric will be able to use it on the undead. Rank 8 in Voln just lets you use your bare hands / feet for unarmed combat - your weapon properties are ignored.

If the item is just lesser UB, then anyone can use it as you will be able to bless the item for use against the undead.

If the item is greater UB, then it will be permanently blessed and work against everything.

Very highly suggest the properties be tested and confirmed for the sake of your auction!!
