Huge Team World Scavenger Hunt November 9 - 11 Open to ALL!
Hello all,
Thank you to everyone who helped with the event, and those players who participated this year.
It is time for another Dethnyain contest!
The houses I belong to, The Prestigious House of Argent Aspis, and The Prestigious House of Daingneach Onoir
will be Co-hosting a HUGE Team World Scavenger Hunt open to all. Any questions to join these two houses can be
answered by Dethnyain. But joining is not a requirement for any event.
Dates: November 9 - 11 (Friday 10:00pm est - Sunday 10:00pm est)
Rules:
This event is open to EVERYONE!
There will be 2-man teams. You need to sign up in here by replying to this post and list your character names per team.
Only characters listed by 10:00pm EST Friday 11/9 will be allowed to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS. Sign up now!
This will prevent people from duplicating teams etc.
You can only join one team for this event. We will check the names for duplicates.
The 90-item list (including the heavy backpack) will be posted in here at 10:00pm est Friday November 9, 2018.
Very few clues will be given on this contest.
Items can be found, foraged, bought (very little silvers). They could be sitting right out in the open on a counter, on the ground, in a shop, in a public place etc.
All items will be placed in a plain backpack you purchase at general store in any town.
Some items are easy to get, and some are hard. 90 items (including the heavy backpack) in all. 11 towns in all.
Listed by each item will be clues like what town or area, if foraged, bought, found etc. These are your only clues.
Here is a hint. Split the list up with your team member.
Use the wiki, your own experiences, ask friends, ask the fortune teller etc.
Please if you do find a hard to get item, DO NOT share that with other teams or on the channels in game. Remember, this is a contest!
There will be 3 or more judges, myself as one of them. We will have lich and crystal amulets turned on. After you have collected the 90 items (including the heavy backpack),
find one of us in game to turn the backpack into and verify the items. Once your backpack and all items in it have been confirmed by a judge, they will keep your backpack.
If you do not have all of the items, you will be told which ones you are missing. This way you can still replace the items you are missing.
You need to COLLECT EVERY ITEM or you are not a winner. The exact name of items will be included in the list posted here Friday 11/9 at 10:00pm est.
Once you are verified as a winner, your team will be listed in this post at bottom as a winner.
