Thread: Where next for TPs at Level 80

Default Where next for TPs at Level 80

Been digging through the old posts in this forum, but still stuck as to what I train in next. Skills listed below. Do I shoot for more armor use to reduce maneuver penalties, aim for 3xing PF or dodge, or something else? To be able to do so, should I drop something like ambush entirely, move perception down from 2x to 1x (i originally trained in this to better handle maneuver defense), cut out survival, or decrease something else?

I typically only die from what i believe are warding attacks or maneuvers (they are usually the ones without the calculations like the wrath of god/stone hand thing or other similar stuff in the bowels). There is also the occasional stuck in a long RT room full of critters plinking me until I bleed out, but that is pretty rare. I want to see what I can do to survive better these warding/maneuver attacks as sometimes a single one can do me in.

I am level 80, master at arms of WG, wear 6x MCP/SWDP fuplate, and swing a 7x DCW permablessed knockout maul. I typically hunt solo berserking and have a ton of stamina recovery enhancives so stamina is never an issue (122 gained per pulse).

    Thanks in advance!

If you have physical TP's, I'd make the move to 3x PF for stamina, further redux.

If you have mental TP's, I'd continue up the HP/AS/MIU for burst purposes.

I wouldn't lower anything of your current training, 2x perception is totally worth it against bandit traps.

They need to make it so dodge lets you dodge maneuvers.

I'm going from 2x to 3x dodge right now and at 16/8, it's a real bitch post-cap. I think there should be some that are dodge/agility as well, for the record.

Why not pump more points into MoC? Berserk is sick.

I love MOC. pushing for that extra focused mstrike at 135 is totally worth it, especially since you are already capped for your mstrike RT it's a nice bump to mstrike and berserk attacks.

    Edit to add:
    Yeah, what that guy said!

Going up to 135 would also increase the Force on force from +4 to +6.
