No, there's no case. Unless you get an impossibly sympathetic judge who is going to reason that you be pretty awful to someone just because they are awful, doesn't mean you're going to win. That's a complete waste of time and if you honestly feel that you can't simply delete those messages or ignore them, you need drastic levels of help and therapy. That stance is insane.
