Default Can Claids Be Enchanted Further Using HESS?

Suppose I have a 4x Claid. Can it be enchanged to 5x using the HESS enchantment voucher?

Because high enchanged claids are like a larger weiner.

What if the claid is a backup weapon for hunting squishy creatures? Suppose you had a 8x perfect forged T5 greatsword as your primary, with paladin bonding for guiding light?

    Just wondering.

Dude, this guy is nothing but a troll. This account will be banned soon and he'll make a new one. He isn't going to have any meaningful conversation with you.

So, anyway, apart from all of the penile jibber jabber.

I understand the the plate AVD is trash on claidhmores, but doesn't the weighting make up for that.

For instance, a zealot paladin mstriking. The AS isnt really an issue, because paladins can generate more AS than needed. Wouldnt a higher enchant claidmore be useful then?

Or is it just a subpar choice no matter how you look at it?

Pretty sure the rule was claids were ineligible for HESS certificates
