How to maximize loresinging?

If you want to make a bard just to loresing, and literally nothing else, do you put all the points in bard spell ranks and magic item use?

I've heard of these two, does anything else besides the level make a difference?

Loresing is literally just based off of singing. So you should sing to EVERYTHING. Even acantha leafs.

Harness power, level 30 or so at least, and bard ranks

Yeah, bard ranks and levels are the only modifiers I've heard of from GM's. I think its been changed so that its a bit harder for younger bards than it used to be as well.
