also, discussing crimes with your lawyer isn't covered by the rules of lawyer/client privilege
False. An attorney may not be able the ethically plead Not Guilty on behalf of a client if the client admitted to crimes (the client can still plead on their own) but it is still protected, unless the client waives it.
A lawyer may inform on IMPENDING crimes, such as if the client says he is about to go kill someone.

That recording sounds like a lawyer giving his client options. I've only heard 1 of the 12 tapes so the others may tell a different story, but it seems like a lawyer telling a client their options how to move forward. The client should be able to have a reasonable expectation that these are legal options. I don't think this particular tape is the smoking gun people are making it out to be. Again the other tapes could paint a different story.
The weird part of the story may be the person Trump is talking to in the background on his Phone, if the timeline is correct it is very likely Pam Bondi who is just about to dismiss charges against him in the Trump U thing in Florida.
Khaladon starts to turn the crystal knob, but stops with a frightened look on his face. He begins shaking uncontrollably and flies across the room, as though by some invisible force.
**SPLAT!!** Khaladon careens off the far wall, slides down the smooth wood panelling and collapses into a quivering heap on the floor, with only his dignity bruised.
