No, you need to get a drake falchion, best weapon in the game, and visit the kobold town. I think that is where you mean.

It is hunting. they have big ugly kobolds there too, so you need to beware those. They will hit you HARD!

Also, you'll want to get a saber sheath to put your drake falchion in when no in use. A saber sheath shows you are a classy guy.
