Hold up a minute. You've made a comment like this a couple times. You think she sat on this for 30 years to wait for a good time to accuse him? Or she thought about fucking him over in high school and today is her opportunity?

As for the facts of the case you're presenting there are some I'm not aware of. You're saying this was a repressed memory she only remembered while in therapy? My understanding is that the therapists notes are corroborating evidence but I never heard of this repressed memory.


We're starting to get more witnesses. For one thing we have his character witnesses backing off and at least one of her classmates says she remembers talk about this incident back in school though she didn't see it.

That is bullshit and should 110% disqualify her from any rational consideration I mean really, I can write a letter and send it to a Congressperson and say anything I want anonymously and it should carry about as much weight as the paper it is written on which is to say not much. Yet you and others so desperately want believe that this is your magic bullet to shoot down a conservative that you will cling to anything. If you can't or won't testify to it, then you should not say it.

If you are not aware of the therapy thing, then you are aggressively ignorant as this has been presented many many times in the news by multiple stations.

And more than one of her classmates say nothing was said by anyone and several of his classmates have said he wasn't even at parties.

Again baseless accusations should not be taken seriously and this farce should be brought to an end.

1) especially in cases involving sexual assault the accuser has some protection by remaining anonymous. The cats out of the bag now but she reported this months ago and requested confidentiality. Do you know why this is? It's because women report sexual assault and get dragged through the mud by folks like you. Obviously her letter carries some weight. That should be evident by now.


2) I'm aware of therapy and her being open about this attack years ago. I'm not aware that she only remembered this happened to her while she in therapy. Do you have sources for that?


3) Obviously he was at parties. Haven't you heard the stories from these guys about the partying and drinking? Didn't that guy Judge write a book or articles about it and your judge even joked how "What happens at Georgetown Prep stays at Georgetown prep" Heres a quote for you.

In two memoirs, Judge depicted his high school as a nest of debauchery where students attended “masturbation class,” “lusted after girls” from nearby Catholic schools and drank themselves into stupors at parties. We know these three went to school together, we know based on Judge's book that he and Kavanaugh used to get insanely drunk together, we know Judge has shown nothing but contempt for women in his life, we have documentation showing that- actually- Ford disclosed the incident long before any confirmation hearings (and in a setting where there were *ZERO* political reasons to discuss it), and now we have another person who went to school with them who just confirmed that she heard about the incident while in school.

I really hate to break it to you, but you're treating her like she's the criminal here, and so far all of the evidence is stacking up in her favor.

That's not the same thing as proof, but it's enough to warrant treating her like a human being and taking this situation seriously.
