The only reason why people are pretending like it's not a big deal is because they want him on the Court- as though there are no other conservative SCOTUS candidates out there who haven't faced three credible sexual misconduct allegations, committees perjury during their confirmation hearings, and who have launched into blatant partisan attacks.

So yes, someone lying under oath during a defense of one of three allegations of sexual misconduct is disqualifying. And in any situation where three alleged victims are calling for an FBI investigation, and the accused looks terrified by the notion, lies under oath about it, and tries to deflect with blatant partisan conspiracy theories- yeah, I'm going to say there's a problem.

It's because this is such an obvious stall tactic because you idiots think you're gonna take back Congress in the midterms and stall any SCOTUS nomination until Trump is impeached (lol) and Hillary is made president (lol) because you're all dumb as hell and people see through it.

You know what is an absolute minimum requirement before an investigation can take place? A date, time, and place! How can someone have so many degrees and be this damn dense?

The only information she has provided, besides her perfect recollection of Kavanaugh's role in the entire thing, is that 4 other people were there and all 4 people have said it either never happened or they weren't there.
