Are you able to cast Heroism off a scroll and buff another person? If so what kind of duration is it?

If it is possible I would assume you would need the 50 ranks in blessings which makes it a non self buff and I think that version is only good for 1 or 2 minutes. And that’s IF it functions the same

No, self cast only and duration depends on training. Check the wiki for the formula, and each spell has a base minimum - I think 215 is 20 min.

The hearts are not SK, they are magic items, X/day.

If you cannot learn Major Spirit spells and do not own a SK 215, then you need 130 blessing ranks (2x). It would be triple lore requirement if the spell was in a professional circle.
