Cut the military's budget by 10 billion dollars a year, spend that on border enhancements, and in just 5 years we can have the wall and all of this fancy technology, then we can give the military the 10 billion dollars back.

Something tells me 50 billion dollars less over 5 years is hardly going to affect our military strength or readiness.
