It's actually really surprising, reading that, to learn that Tampa's schools are progressive as hell. I lived in that area for a while. That is largely not a really progressive area. That seems like a rock and a hard place kinda thing, from reading it too. They're trying to treat everybody equally regardless of whatever, but there are so many potential holes to fall into with that situation, both legal and moral.
