LTB Capped or Near Capped

With the recent crap going on in my life, I've decided to try and return to Gemstone to help distract me and pass the time while I deal with stuff here.

With that being said, I'm looking to purchase one of the following, if not maybe more than one depending on circumstances:

Halfling Monk
DE/BG Rogue
HK/DE Paladin/Warrior

I'd like for any of them to be capped, if not near capped, and preferably of the hermit variety. Bare bones or with equipment, it doesn't matter. Male only, none of that female stuff
