I mean, they haven't exactly been bustling since ~2005. But ever since they decided to nerf haste (among other things), it seems like the Officials in general have just died off altogether. I assume since it's overmoderated and feedback on items that aren't fluff is ignored altogether, people just gave up on them.

Has there been any other large changes I missed since then? I left as of the haste nerfs, came back for a week and left again. I haven't been caught up since early-mid 2016
