It's a tier 3? I'm guessing 10-20m depending on patience. What's the level requirement?

+15 is rare, and fusion prices have been trending upwards. I expect 10-20 would be fairly easy to find. I'm gonna guess more like 25-30, depending on who is in the market.
Though I haven't seen anything close to a direct comp in some time. With no more usable orbs in production (the new style is abhorrent), everyone's keeping with they've got.

I was looking for one a few weeks ago before I changed my mind on weapon spec. I was willing to go no higher than 25m for it.
