The 3rd Annual Topsy-Turvy Masque on Saturday July 21st from 9:30-11pm ET in the Pauper's tent outside House Aspis. Prizes will be awarded for the best mask, the best cross-dressed costuming, the best dancing, and for a few mystery categories as well!
