SKIRTS:

Tier 2 Petticoat
This black chiffon underskirt can either be worn beneath a gown or laced into one to change the gown's description. The black chiffon underskirt is unlocked once and trapped for LACE, UNLACE, WEAR, REMOVE, TURN, PUSH, PULL, and RUB. It can be unlocked once more.
The black chiffon underskirt may be altered as long as it remains some sort of underskirt or petticoat that would be acceptable as part of a gown alteration. It is not intended to be lingerie or risque. Keep in mind that the underskirt will not be visible in your inventory when you are wearing it alone.
Wear: You step into the black chiffon underskirt and discreetly pull it up over your legs and into place beneath a low-cut blue-green gown, carefully layering the folds of the wide skirt over the black chiffon underskirt.
Remove: You discreetly unhook your black chiffon underskirt beneath your blue-green gown and slip the underskirt off before stepping out of it.
Turn: You discreetly pinch the waistband of your black chiffon underskirt and adjust the fit underneath your blue-green gown.
Push: You press the wide skirts of your blue-green gown down against your legs so that the skirts, bolstered by the fullness of the underskirt beneath, extend out behind you. As soon as you remove your hands, the skirts spring back the other way, swinging back and forth like a bell. Good luck with doorways.
Pull: You gather the wide skirts of your blue-green gown in your hands and hike the hemline up slightly to reveal the black chiffon underskirt beneath.
Rub: You run your hand over the folds of the wide skirts of a low-cut blue-green gown, feeling the fullness from the underskirt beneath.
Lace: You layer your blue-green gown over your black chiffon underskirt and lace the underskirt into place, leaving you with a low-cut blue-green gown over a multilayered black chiffon underskirt.
Unlace: You carefully pull the ties holding your black chiffon underskirt into place beneath your blue-green gown and separate the two garments.

Poke: You nervously pleat and unpleat the material of your twilight black skirt with your hands.
Pull: You grab a handful of your twilight black skirt and spin around with a flourish, the folds of the garment swirling around you gracefully.

Rub: You run your hands over your twilight black skirt, smoothing the creases in the material.
