    I disliked the loss of the spell Unpain, too. It was a staple spell for my sword/board wizard years ago. Hurt like hell when I prepped 510 and CAST it, only to find out I just tried to blast myself to bits with Hurl Boulder.
    Yeah, Telekinetic Disarm is in the Savant Circle now. So they have at least one working spell!

    Telekinetic Disarm was replaced with Immolate during the GS3 > GS4 conversion.

    Telekinetic Disarm was great. Eidolons carry a staff that's a 6x shield, and this was the only to use them since they would otherwise crumble. This was before runestaves existed and everyone had to run around sword & board, not looking very wizardly.

    You could disarm them and shit, as long as the critter was alive when you picked it up, it wouldn't crumble when you touched it.

    Yeah. But eventually you were gonna need to free up your hand and it crumbled if you tried to swap or put it in a container or do anything at all besides hold it.

    There's a couple of workarounds for crumbly weapons but I won't get into details here as I don't think crumbly weapons should be fussed over/changed.
