Thread: Tier 2/2/Altered tone-on-tone bourde turban/headscarf with a demon-painted veil

  1. Default Tier 2/2/Altered tone-on-tone bourde turban/headscarf with a demon-painted veil

This item was released at duskruin a bit back in both locked and unlocked forms. This one is the best you could buy off-the-shelf, a tier 2/2. It has since been altered as well.

    a tone-on-tone bourde turban with a demon-painted veil

It can also be TWISTed to make it a headscarf instead of a turban

When worn it conceals your features, e.g.:
He is tall. He has intense, slightly tilted absinthe green eyes and gold-tinged ebon skin. The rest of his features are concealed by a demon-painted veil hanging from his tone-on-tone bourde turban.

    Analysis:
You analyze your tone-on-tone bourde and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item type should not change."

The creator has also provided the following information:
This item's article (optional), color, and material (must remain cloth type) can be altered. When worn, this strip of bourde will become a turban. The noun cannot change. This item is Tier 2/2.

The veil's description can also be altered but is limited to two words. Current veil is: demon-painted

If you are already wearing a mask or a feature concealing item, you will not be able to wear this.

Available verbs for Tier 2 are PROD (reveal/hide identity toggle), PULL, RUB, SHOW, TWIST (switches between turban and headscarf while holding the material), and WEAR.

You get no sense of whether or not the bourde may be further lightened.

    Zests:
    >prod turban
As you prod your bourde turban, you sense that it will now HIDE your identity if you SHOW it to someone.
    >prod turban
As you prod your bourde turban, you sense that it will now REVEAL your identity if you SHOW it to someone.
    >pull turban
You tug gently against a demon-painted veil on your bourde turban and reposition it just beneath your eyes.
    >rub turban
You insert your fingers beneath the edge of bourde turban and run your fingers along your skin. Whew, it's getting warm!
    >twist turban
You carefully unwind a long section of material from your bourde turban and rewrap it tightly around your head.
    >rem turban
After carefully detaching the demon-painted veil, you unwrap the bourde turban from around your head and are left holding a long strip of tone-on-tone bourde.
    >twist bourde
You twist a long strip of tone-on-tone bourde back and forth. It appears to be the right length for a headscarf.

Japhrimel takes his black branding iron and jabs the superheated metal into your open wound. You let out a scream as the hot iron sizzles against your flesh, which begins to smoke and burn. The sensation sets your nerves aflame with blinding white agony, but somehow you manage to retain consciousness through the excruciating procedure. At last, the wound is blackened and sealed, but the pain is slow to recede.

...unfortunately, your heart gives out a moment later.
