I would venture that it's not selling because there's been a guy on here selling pelt bags from Black Swan for 5mil each and has a seemingly unlimited supply, which has prolly flooded the market.

They are a lot different.

Mostly the difference is the DR ones carry more, they are 'significant amount" beltworns so 100 lb capacity I think. Black Swan ones are "slightly large" so probably 40 lbs. Those can be further deepened at either DR or using certain automated notes to 60 lbs in the beltworn slot. They can never reach the epic deep busting capacity of the DR ones.
