fun fact this brooch is each character bound to account swappable between characters. theoretically you could max out all 10 characters with a 10x/day 1000 mind clearers and suck down 100,000 xp in a couple of hours or however long it takes for you to hunt.

Capping can in theory take 2 1/2 months of a few hours of play each day. a part of me is depressed now.

Or you could spend 5-9 hundred on average for an already capped character from another player.

Re: - Elemental Boost:

It doesn't help with the gem gathering, escort, culling, or bandit tasks. It does help with foraging (only the herb you're tasked to gather), the d100 to determine success is rolled twice and you get the larger number. It also works that way with skin gathering tasks. For rescue and grizzled creature tasks, you have a chance to spawn each when killing specific creatures, if you fail to trigger it, you get a second attempt. It works similarly with heirloom tasks (chance for creature to drop or find it in the room, you get a second roll and keep the better of the two). Overall, it should allow you to complete these bounties faster and help avoid bad luck.

I like the implementation and style of the event, but the reward isn't very interesting to me. Gonna wait till DR.

Now if they added a treasure pull with the usual tiers for successful runs, that might draw some interest. Of course it wouldn't help me, I haven't pulled a jackpot since EG 2013 digging heh.
