It SHOULD be on that site though. If it isn't, that is where the VA will put it if you do call them, so if you aren't registered on there you need to be.

Only took me 3 1/2 years to get a copy of my DD214.

As a Hospice Social worker in a 4 star "We Honor Veterans" hospice agency I helped many vets get their DD214 with the request form at that link. I faxed the requests in, and turnaround was usually a couple of weeks.
