He is continuing a policy already set forth. Yes, it has a new name, because it is a modified policy, but that is because it is less harsh. You said Obama did not do this. He did. Even worse. He'd separate a family, drive one of them to a border station 1000 miles away, and then boot them into Mexico.

Yup. That is a misdemeanor. And this is where the choice comes into play. You can crucify them or not. Trumps choosing to stick it to them. He separates parents from kids so the parents can be processed criminally then classify the kids as unaccompanied minors. We don't have to do it that way. But trump wants it like that.
