    Examining the plate closely, it looks like it is phenomenally padded, lessening the damage the wearer takes.

    [Some black golvern plate has a combat effectiveness rating of 30 points of Damage padding and a 29.0% chance to have a combat effectiveness rating of 31. It has 29 of 100 services towards the next full rank of combat effectiveness. It has been serviced 29 times in this service window.]

    bumpies..... make some offers stupid or not only thing I could say is no

    somewhere in the 400 million area if you had to pay with coins! to do this much padding with todays services it would take you like 12 years and not to mention the cost....
