What are some other non-hunting profession agnostic ways to gain experience now? I know you can fletch arrows. if you're like level 3 you can run messages. What else can you do outside of hunting?

No, you get it for being healed now too. Not as much though. They are trying to make the game more community minded rather than just eating herbs.
