Giuliani went on Fox News Sunday this morning to clear up accusations that Trump lied about knowing about hush money payments to porn stars. Giuliani said the reason Trump made conflicting statements is because Trump was so busy during the campaign that he could not remember everything that happened. That's why he said he didn't know anything about the hush money payments the first time he was asked about it. He later remembered it when somebody reminded him. Also, Giuliani said Michael Cohen is lying about everything and nobody will believe Cohen.

A federal judge on Thursday ordered the release from prison of President Donald Trump’s former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen by Friday afternoon.

Judge Alvin Hellerstein found that Cohen was sent back to prison on June 9 in retaliation for balking at a condition that he not publish a book — about Trump or anyone else — while serving the remainder of his three-year prison term on home confinement.

“I’ve never seen such a clause, in 21 years in being a judge and sentencing people,” Hellerstein said at a Manhattan federal court hearing held after Cohen sued this week to win his re-release from prison.
