If it was mcp of combat effective rating of 20 I don't think you'd have a problem getting that price. I've a weapon where it was exceptional at 15 and just a hair more of weighting made it masterful. What I mean to say is I think gear that falls into this crack are going to be tough to price.

5:45 PM] Zissu: With the new scale allowing "partials", the scales for the assess wording go up to the value. 4.0 is the max for fairly, 4.1 (4 and one service towards 5) will assess as somewhat.

This should still be in realm of possibility for a wizard to enchant to 7x, maybe even 8x. I did a 6x enchant on a full 20 point mcw t5 weapon on a fully boosted wizard and for 7x it came back near impossible.

I still have the wizard with 303 ranks and all his enhancives on, as well as another more standard built wizard with max relative skills but 101/127/75 spell ranks I could test cast with enhancives if you are interested in checking out the odds.

While 20 points of crit padding sounds good, I was reminded recently that its more like 6+d14 points of crit padding due to the way armor works (in contrast, a MCW weapon is truly 20 points).

So this is more like 6+d9 with a 25% chance to be 6+d10.
