Is there anyone able to enchant spiked, fire flaring ora plate?

If so, how much is it to get it up to 4x? How much to get up to 5x?

To be honest its going to be cheaper and easier for you to obtain 4x-5x fire flaring plate vs enchanting the ora set. As enchanting flaring items is a hassle. But best of luck in your search.

Or find some plain 5x plate and buy some PPs for flare adding, but it looks like PPs are kinda pricey at the moment.

Actually I can't help you. I forgot about the stupid level of lore requirement in order to be able to do this enchant (was thinking 50 ranks last night vs. 100 when I double checked this morning).

I thought Water Lore was able to use towards any enchantment but I didn't see that note in the Enchanting section on the WiKi. Has that been changed?

No. You can use the mana gained through water lore to infuse the pretemper potions to negate up to 50 ranks of the required lore to use it.

unfortunately the teaser for the spell was extremely misleading about how the lores would work.
