Kroderine which absorbs magic outright or possibly krodera if it has +td.

1 - Will Krodera armor reflect magics if they are covered by armor accessories?
2 - Will Krodera armor accessories reflect magic if hit on the accessory location?

No, krodera is not like kroderine, and it doesn't absorb or dispel magic. Krodera is essentially a dead metal. Its characteristics were never implemented, and kroderine, which does have characteristics, was released and basically replaced it. There are/were four sets of krodera full plate that boost TD, but have no other special abilities.
Looking for: krodera items, the gleaming krodera long knife, oldstyle katanas
