Default a gleaming crimson eahnor lance: (+48) 16x+ enhancives, HCW+, Greater Fire Flares, T5

Fashioned from a single large slab of eahnor, the lance is slightly taller than an adult elf in height. The tip of the lance gleams brightly from a finely honed point, reflecting any available light sources. Engraved along the shaft, a series of spiraling wyverns winds its way downward to a golden vamplate, protecting the bearer's hand. Attached along the grip of the lance a small golden plaque reads, 'Trinity.' You see nothing unusual, except for a small enchanter's glyph. A strange necrotic haze radiates from the lance.

    Greater Elemental Fire Flares

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the crimson eahnor lance in your hand, and you learn something about it...

The first thing that strikes you about the lance is the weight, which is about 8 pounds. In your best estimation, it's worth about 26,450,000 silvers. You can also tell that the crimson eahnor lance is predominantly crafted of eahnor.

You sense a faint aura of magic shrouded with a haze of necrosis around the crimson eahnor lance. You sense that this is some type of holy item. From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the lance is as some type of weapon. Also, it seems to have some sort of enhancive properties.

It has a bonus of +48 from a normal lance, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it requires skill in polearms to use effectively. It also has some type of special ability, but you can't tell what yet.

The lance resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus to Strength.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 53 times.
It provides a bonus to Combat Maneuvers Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 27 times.
It provides a bonus to Polearm Weapons Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 100 times.
You think that you could probably find out something more about the lance's enhancive properties if you tried.

The harmonics generated tell you that the lance inflicts more fearsome wounds when it strikes, has been infused with the power of a fire elemental and has been sanctified for use by a Cleric or Paladin in the fight against the undead.
The crimson eahnor lance resonates with your voice, indicating that it has been enchanted by Phates.
A strange necrotic haze sours your melody slightly, indicating that Sadrae has infused the lance with the fifth tier of permanent Ensorcellment.

The lance resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus of 11 to Strength.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 53 times.
It provides a bonus of 12 to Combat Maneuvers Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 27 times.
It provides a bonus of 20 to Polearm Weapons Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 100 times.
The lance looks to have more than your average giantman could count charges remaining.

You sense that the crimson eahnor lance will persist after its last enhancive charge has been expended.

(wrathbringer78) I think that's it. Viril is one big obnoxious ambient script.

    I would imagine a de-fusion certificate.

It makes whatever fusion orbs you have in it permanent.

Yes, de-fusion, but also the +20 pole orb probably came from enhancive manipulation from Sylinar's Spire. There were groups of skills/stats that could be swapped for each. e.g. You could turn +9 OHE into +9 Pole. And if that item was already +11 pole to begin with, you ended up with +20 pole bonus. (They stopped generating random loot with non-matching weapon bonuses year ago, iirc, but I believe it was possible on older pieces)
