Enchanting hybrid elements

Does anyone know if a water wizard with 0 earth lore can use a gorveneh/earth potion to temper an acid flaring weapon or do they have to use to rhiveneh/water potion?

My understanding is an infused potion can negate the lore requirements

Infused potions can only negate 50 ranks of the requirements. The OP will need rhiveneh potions.

The hybrid elements can use either potion. So if you have the water lore use the Rhiveneh potion as mentioned.
