The DNC wasn't just advocating for Hillary during the primaries, they literally sold out and handed her the keys way back in August of 2015. As Nancy Wheeler would say this is bullshit.

What else was known beyond the HVC? I don't believe anyone was aware of Hillary infusing the DNC with cash and taking control of the reins back in 2015 was publicly known.
