A masterfully forged union of steel and kakore, this weapon's blade head has been grinded to an extremely thin and wickedly sharp rhimar-tipped edge. The unusually dark shade of the steel contrasts vividly against the light blue rhimar, which is icy cold to the touch. A hefty haft of kakore forms the handle on this weapon and has been lacquered and polished to a smooth finish, the deep auburn hue of the wood blemished only by the faint yet dark natural grain. You see nothing unusual, except for a small enchanter's glyph.
You analyze your rhimar-edged hatchet and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item type should not change."

RUB:
Your rhimar-edged hatchet whistles quietly as you run your thumb over its blade. Suddenly, the air around your fingers begins to ominously freeze and you deftly pull your left hand away before something terrible happens to it. The faint whistling ceases immediately.
PULL:
With a flick of your wrist, you draw the blade of your rhimar-edged hatchet parallel to your body. Icy blue wisps of vapor listlessly twist in the air around you, and a subtle shudder travels from the haft of your hatchet to its edge. Suddenly, your hatchet emits a loud, metallic whistle, and the air around you grows more calm.
TILT:
You readjust your hold on the haft of your rhimar-edged hatchet and a thin layer of frost covers its blade as you tilt it steadily from side to side. The edge of your hatchet glistens with hoarfrost.
KNOCK:
You strike the edge of your hatchet steadily against the floor.
RAISE:
As you raise your rhimar-edged hatchet overhead, chaotic ripples of scintillating energy creep along its blade and twist around its edge! A scintillating blue light suddenly envelops your hatchet!

WAVE:You glance down to see a scintillating rhimar-edged hatchet in your right hand and nothing in your left hand.
You brandish your rhimar-edged hatchet for all to see! Suddenly, your hatchet drones with power and a haze of icy blue vapor forms around you. The blue light surrounding your hatchet pulsates as tendrils of scintillating energy twist lazily around its blade. The vapor churns for a moment and then rapidly dissipates.
