It won't. I own the 'all languages' version of this. Dark Elven is an option on that one, but it is separate from Elven. I wouldn't be entirely shocked to find out there's a Dark Elven one biding its time in the jackpot hopper. And this particular language translator script doesn't support the culture languages, as I understand it (so no Faendryl, Dhe'nar, Tehir, etc.)
