HCP 4x light leathers

Any idea on the value of some 4x light leathers with permanent HCP?

Last I'd seen (about a week ago) I think people were trying to get about 8M for 4x HCP armor on the Lnet merchant channel. I don't know if the light leather armor type hurts the value a little bit or not.
