Landing Defense Irregulars service night and tour, 9/28
Join the Landing Defense Irregulars tonight Thursday at 10pm Eastern for a service night of spells, locksmithing, and loresinging! At the end of the event, we’ll lead a tour of the Barracks and the various town defense systems and tools, from the ballistas to the tree-traps!

Recruitment Drive, 9/30
Interested in joining the LDI, Landing’s independent militia? Come out to the Barracks at 6pm Eastern on Saturday (9/30) to meet with the officers and consider taking the oath of membership! Refreshments will be provided, as well as a Barracks tour!

Officer’s Ball & Raffle, 9/30
All are cordially invited to the LDI Officer’s Ball this coming Saturday (9/30) at 10pm Eastern in our Barracks Banquet Hall. Time to dust off your autumn velvets and meet the LDI! In addition to a night of socialization, dancing, and merriment, we will be accepting donations of toys, clothes, and other useful items for donation to the Wellington Home. And finally, the LDI has contracted with the tailor Lord Ainfore for one lucky raffle winner to have 15 minutes of his talented time - Just in time for your Ebon Gate costume!

The raffle is for "Your chance to win 15 minutes with talented tailor Lord Ainfore, just in time for Ebon Gate festivities… or anything else! Winner need not be present at the time of drawing but should be awake somewhere. The winner will be contacted by the tailoring staff to arrange a suitable appointment."
The tickets sell for 50,000 silvers each.
The drawing will be on Saturday, September 30th at 10:30pm Eastern

Correct! Both Seomanthe and I run the event and while she is west coast, I am central so it works out well for both of us. I am sorry it's a little late for some of you though, maybe next year we can tweak the times a little.
