In all of the interactions I have ever had with law enforcement, I have never seen someone shot. And that is as a retired 22 year law enforcement officer. It is really really simple, do what the cop says, do not take any sort of action that they might consider threatening and nothing like that will ever happen, ever. But people want to try to litigate issues on the side of a street, and they have no power there, the LEO has all the power. A Houston cop once told me, you can survive anything but being dead. If you think an arrest is unjust, go to court, don't threaten a person that has a gun and is already inundated with dealing with lowlifes and liars all day long.
And as it happens, its not black people I do not care about being shot, I don't care about anyone being shot, because odds are if it happens, you where in some way responsible as well and actions have consequences, unless of course if you are an NFL football player.
