Dodge or PF?

I'm at a crossroads in my training and looking for a bit of advice from those more knowledgeable.
I've just finished getting dodge to 1x, and I can now either move to getting dodge to 2x, or PF to 3x, wondering which I should go for, I can only afford one.
What's the better bang for my buck here? 2x Dodge or 3x PF?

Physical fitness.

Especially being as you are 3x shield. Perhaps dodge for THW/Polearm but this one is an easy choice.

I completely agree that 3x PF should be your top priority, as the dodge is going to be very minimal benefit for the points.

I'd even go so far as to say continuing on in Armor would come before going 2x dodge.
